Senior Pastor
Sam was raised in Laramie, Wyoming, and received Christ when he was a young child. It wasn't until his third year in the Navy that Sam realized his desire and giftedness to Pastor. He married his wife Erin in 2003, and they have four children: Cody, Cali, Kirby and Killian. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming, Sam earned a Master's in Church Ministry from Shepherd's Theological Seminary. Sam served as Assistant Pastor at Laramie Valley Chapel for some years before God laid Church Planting with a trade on his heart. In 2015 he attended a Barber school in Salt Lake City and then opened a barbershop in Laramie. In 2017, a team was formed and Sam moved his family to Saint George to start a barber shop. With the partnership of four other men and their families Red Mesa Fellowship was born. Zion Bible Church started in 2024 and is the product of Red Mesa Fellowship. Sam earned his Doctorate in Ministry from Gateway Seminary in December 2024.

Seth Minton
Elder
Seth accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 2010 while attending the University of Wyoming in Laramie, where he also met his wife, Brittany. They are blessed with four children: Brynlee, Gracie, David, and Madeleine. After completing his undergraduate studies, he earned an M.A. in Church Ministry from Shepherds Theological Seminary, deepening his understanding of God’s Word. He then pursued a career in medicine, graduating from Pacific Northwest University and completing his OB-GYN residency in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Seth serves as the Medical Director of Abortion Pill Reversal at The Well Pregnancy Resource Center, where he helps provide compassionate, life-affirming care to women in need. He also serves as a clinical preceptor at Rocky Vista University (RVU) School of Medicine and as the Campus Advisor for the Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA) chapter at RVU. Seth is passionate about helping people experience lasting transformation by encouraging them to live out biblical principles through small groups, discipleship, and accountability.

Rin Jenkins
Elder
Rin Jenkins and his wife, Jamie, have been married since 2008 and are blessed with five children: Jordyn, Kylee, Kyndal, Bryce, and Elias. From Cedar City, Utah, Rin and Jamie moved to Des Moines, Iowa, shortly after high school before returning to Southern Utah in 2018.
Rin’s career journey has included truck driving, owning an auto detailing business, and, most recently, barbering—a profession he pursued after graduating from barber school in 2024. Rin views his work as a barber as a unique opportunity for evangelism, connecting with people and sharing the love of Christ.
Saved as a teenager, Rin has a deep passion for the Word of God and a desire to help others grow in their knowledge of the Lord and walk faithfully with Him. After meeting Sam Martin and joining Red Mesa Fellowship, Rin served as a deacon before becoming part of a church-planting team that established Zion Bible Church in St. George. He now serves as an elder candidate, seeking to faithfully shepherd and serve the body of Christ.
